Extol of Ohio Named 2026 Huron County Growth Partnership Business Achievement Award Recipient

Extol of Ohio, Inc. has been selected by the Huron County Growth Partnership Board of Directors to receive the 2026 Business Achievement Award, recognizing the company’s recent investment and expansion at its Norwalk, Ohio facility. The award will be presented October 7, 2026, at HCGP’s annual Network After Work & Annual Awards. This is Extol’s fourth expansion on the site the company built in 1985 as one of the first occupants of the Norwalk industrial park. The project virtually doubles fabricating space and adds advanced equipment, expanding capacity for fabricated pipe, fitting, valve, vessel and vessel-head insulation shipped to insulation distributors, contractors, mechanical piping contractors, engineering firms, government agencies and end users nationwide.

The expansion was built by Anstead Construction and Gateway Design Build, with a financing package assembled with the Huron County Growth Partnership, Civista Bank, Team NEO as a JobsOhio Network Partner, the Greater Sandusky Partnership and the Toledo Port Authority. The added space and equipment are already being put to work — the reason the investment was made is the same reason customers have relied on Extol for four decades: quality fabrication and shipping commitments that are kept.
