Extol Load Core Support™
Extol Load Core Insulated Supports are a complete insulated pipe support assembly engineered and designed for use in the industrial and commercial insulation industry. The Load Core Support 25-50™ is available in three insulation options: Polyisocyanurate 25/50, Phenolic Foam, and Cellular Glass. The Load Core Support MSS SP-58™, also available in Polyisocyanurate 25/50 Phenolic Foam, and Cellular Glass, are compliant with MSS SP-58 and are based on Table 3A, and, where a 25/50 flame and smoke rated support is not required. Extol Load Core Insulated Supports are easy to specify, order and install and are available for all types of piping systems.

Load Core Support 25-50™
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Load Core Support 25/50™ is a complete insulated pipe support assembly engineered to provide structural support, thermal efficiency, and condensation control for insulated piping systems. Each assembly incorporates high-performance insulation inserts and factory-fabricated metal shields as integral system components. To accommodate varying operating conditions and project requirements, Load Core Support 25-50™ is available in three insulation options: Polyisocyanurate 25/50, Phenolic Foam, and Cellular Glass.
All meeting ASTM E 84 25/50 Flame and Smoke requirements.
Load Core Support MSS SP-58™
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Load Core Support MSS SP-58™ is a complete insulated pipe support assembly engineered to provide structural support, thermal efficiency, and condensation control for insulated piping systems. Each assembly incorporates high-performance insulation inserts and factory-fabricated metal shields as integral system components. To accommodate varying operating conditions and project requirements, Load Core Support is available in three insulation options: Polyisocyanurate, Phenolic Foam, and Cellular Glass.
All compliant with MSS SP-58 based on Table 3A and where a 25/50 flame and smoke rated support is not required.

Extol Load Core Shield™ is a fabricated metal shield engineered to protect insulation from compression while distributing support loads in insulated piping systems and are compatible with all Extol Load Core Support™ systems.
